BP004932: Biotinylated Human IL-1 Beta/IL-1F2 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag

Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-1 Beta/IL-1F2 Protein, (amino acids Ala117-Ser269) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-1 Beta/IL-1F2 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 20.1 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-1R2 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-1 Beta protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 13.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-1 Beta/IL-1F2 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
