Source: The recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand Protein, (amino acids Thr27-Ala181) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand Protein has a predicted MW of 17.61 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand, No tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human FLT3 , hFc tag with the EC50 of 21.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 19.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 28-35 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human FLT3 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 13.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Human FLT3 protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 12.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
