BP005013: Human IL-1 alpha/IL-1A Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-1 alpha/IL-1A Protein, (amino acids Ser113-Ala271) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-1 alpha/IL-1A Protein has a predicted MW of 18 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 0.51 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-1 alpha/IL-1A Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
