BP005284: Human IL-17A&F Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-17A&F Protein, (amino acids Gly24-Ala155(IL-17A) & Arg31-Gln163(IL-17F)) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-17A&F protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 15.1 kDa (IL-17A) & 15.7 kDa (IL-17F). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 16 kDa & 27 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-17A&F protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-IL-17A Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 1.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-17A&F Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
